Surfing doesn’t exist without community, even if you roll up on your own, as soon as you paddle out you’re joining a centuries old community of fantastic humans (not all, we’re looking at you Lance Burkhardt) doing what they love. Here on Nantucket we are lucky to not only be part of an incredible group of surfers, but also a cool larger island community. It is both of these communities that we hope to engage with and further connect here at STOKE ACK, sharing the gospel of sun, waves and time spent with friends while enjoying both. Whether it be through our soon-to-be beach days or in-store events, we welcome all, pros, groms, kooks, wannabes and don’t- wannabees, to get involved and see what it’s all about.
